Return & Exchange Policy
Eligible Returns
We accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Defective or damaged items upon arrival
- Shipping errors (wrong item, quantity, or model)
- Standard, non-customized products in unused condition (within 14 days of delivery)
Return Window: Within 14 days of receiving the goods
Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the intimate and customized nature of our products, the following cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or private label bondage restraints (with logo, unique design, special materials)
- Used or opened items
- Clearance or promotional items marked as “Final Sale”
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Take clear photos of the item and packaging
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- We will offer:
- Free replacement
- Credit toward your next order
- Full or partial refund (based on situation)
How to Start a Return

- Order number
- Photos of the issue (if applicable)
- Reason for return
Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.
Return Shipping
- For eligible returns due to our error, we cover the return shipping.
- For returns due to other reasons (e.g., change of mind), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
