Return & Exchange Policy

Eligible Returns

We accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Defective or damaged items upon arrival
  • Shipping errors (wrong item, quantity, or model)
  • Standard, non-customized products in unused condition (within 14 days of delivery)

Return Window: Within 14 days of receiving the goods
Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the intimate and customized nature of our products, the following cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or private label bondage restraints (with logo, unique design, special materials)
  • Used or opened items
  • Clearance or promotional items marked as “Final Sale”

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Take clear photos of the item and packaging
  2. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  3. We will offer:
    • Free replacement
    • Credit toward your next order
    • Full or partial refund (based on situation)

Return Shipping

  • For eligible returns due to our error, we cover the return shipping.
  • For returns due to other reasons (e.g., change of mind), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
